Fifteen to five business days in advance: a transfer to another course or a credit, valid for one year, to another TTT course can be considered. Credits are transferable within your organization.

Less than five business days in advance: you may send someone else to take your place without any additional cost.

***Exception: once course confirmation has been received: TTT will not accept any cancellations or refund requests following the receipt of the course confirmation, however substitutions are welcome. Course confirmations can happen at anytime prior to the start of the course.

If the course has started and/or the course notes have been given, no refunds or credits will be issued.
